Outbreak of Infectious Disease. The Contractor shall remove from his camp suchlabourandtheirfamiliesasrefuseprotectiveinoculationandvaccinationwhencalleduponto dosobytheEngineerortheEngineer'sRepresentativeontheadviceoftheCorporationMedical Authority. Should cholera, plague, or other infectious disease break out, theContractor shall burn the huts, beddings, clothes and other belongings of or used by theinfectedpartiesandpromptlyerectnewhutsonhealthysitesasrequiredbytheEngineer,failin gwhichwithinthetimespecifiedintheEngineer'srequisition,theworkmaybedoneby theCorporationandthecostthereofrecoveredfromthe Contractor.
