Outgoing Shareholder. If a Shareholder ceases to be a Shareholder, it shall promptly, on receipt of a written demand from the other Shareholder, except to the extent Red or any of its Affiliates has received such information, documents or materials in their role as a supplier of the Group rather than in their capacity as a Shareholder (in which case, any confidentiality provisions applicable to that relationship and not this section shall apply):
