Common use of Outplacement Benefits Clause in Contracts

Outplacement Benefits. If so requested by the Executive, outplacement services shall be provided for up to one (1) year following the Qualifying Termination by a professional outplacement provider; provided, that, such outplacement services shall be provided at a cost to the Company of not more than 25% of the Executive's base salary in effect as of the date of the Announcement.

Outplacement Benefits. If so requested by the Executive, outplacement services shall be provided by a professional outplacement provider for up to one (1) year following the later of the date of Executive’s Qualifying Termination by a professional outplacement providerand the date of the Change in Control; provided, that, such outplacement services shall be provided at a cost to the Company of not more than 25% of the Executive's ’s base salary in effect as of the earlier of the date of the AnnouncementAnnouncement or the date of the Change in Control.
