Output Guarantee. Beginning on the Actual Commercial Operation Date and during each Billing Year throughout the Term, Seller guarantees to deliver Output to Purchaser not less than [•] percent ([•]%) of the Annual Contract Quantity (in kWh) (the “Output Guarantee”).
