Outside Area. All areas and facilities within the Project (as defined below) exclusive of the interior of the Building which are not appropriated to the exclusive occupancy of tenants, including all non-reserved vehicle parking areas, perimeter roads, traffic lanes, driveways, sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, landscaped areas, signs, service delivery facilities, truck maneuvering areas, trash disposal facilities, common storage areas, common utility facilities and all other areas for non-exclusive use (the “Outside Area”). Landlord reserves the right to change, reconfigure or rearrange the Outside Area and to do such other acts in and to the Outside Area as Landlord deems necessary or desirable:, provided, however, such change or reconfiguration shall not in any way deprive or reduce Tenant’s access to the Premises nor the ability of Tenant to conduct its business in the ordinary course.
