Common use of Outside Area Clause in Contracts

Outside Area. Any goods, equipment, or things of any type or description held or stored in any common area without LESSOR’s prior written consent shall be deemed abandoned and may be removed by LESSOR at LESSEE’s expense without notice. LESSEE shall maintain a building standard size dumpster* in a location approved by LESSOR, which dumpster shall be provided and serviced at LESSEE’s expense by whichever disposal firm LESSOR may designate from time to time.
