Common use of Outside Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Outside Closing Date. In Section 25(c) of the Agreement, the three occurrences of "July 31, 2006" are hereby deleted and replaced with "August 14, 2006".

Outside Closing Date. In Section 25(c) of the Agreement, the three occurrences of "July 31August 14, 2006" are hereby deleted and replaced with "August 1424, 2006".

Outside Closing Date. In Section 25(c) of the Agreement, the three occurrences of "July 31August 29, 2006" are hereby deleted and replaced with "August 14September 25, 2006".

Outside Closing Date. In Section 25(c) of the Agreement, the three occurrences of "July 31August 24, 2006" are hereby deleted and replaced with "August 1429, 2006".
