Common use of Outside Investors Clause in Contracts

Outside Investors. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Company may, with the consent of the LLC (and only the consent of the LLC), admit one or more Outside Investor’s to this Agreement, provided that any such Outside Investor has become a party to the Shareholders Agreement and executes and delivers a joinder agreement to this Agreement and such other agreements or documents as may reasonably be requested by the Company.
