OUTSIDE OF THE DERMATOLOGY FIELD. (a) It is the intention of the Parties that Connetics shall be InterMune's preferred marketing partner for sales of Licensed Protein Product to dermatologists in the United States during the term of this Agreement. Therefore, during the term of this Agreement, if either Party desires to sell Licensed Protein Product to dermatologists in the United States for use for indications that are outside of the Dermatology Field but within the IG Field (an "Outside Indication"), the provisions of this Section 4.6 shall apply.
