Common use of Outside Property Management Agreements Clause in Contracts

Outside Property Management Agreements. Seller will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend the Outside Property Management Agreements. Seller will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, renew any Outside Property Management Agreement except as approved by Buyer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Outside Property Management Agreements. Seller will not, and will not permit any of its the Subsidiaries to, amend any property management agreement with any party that is not an Affiliate of the Seller or the Subsidiaries (each, an "Outside Property Management AgreementsAgreement"). Seller will not, and will not permit any of its the Subsidiaries to, renew any Outside Property Management Agreement except on terms which are the same as approved by Buyer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld the existing Outside Property Management Agreement or delayedmore favorable to Seller or the applicable Subsidiary than the existing Outside Property Management Agreement.
