Outside Property Management Agreements. Seller will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend the Outside Property Management Agreements. Seller will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, renew any Outside Property Management Agreement except as approved by Buyer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
