Common use of Outstanding Amount Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Amount. The Fiscal Agent shall, upon request from the Issuer or any Dealer, inform such person of the aggregate nominal amount of Notes, or Notes of any particular Series, then outstanding at the time of such request.
