Common use of Outstanding Dedications Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Dedications. All or a portion of the Property may be subject to an outstanding dedication to one or more governmental authorities. A governmental authority can accept irrevocable dedications at any time and once accepted, the facility or area accepted will be open to the public and maintained by the governmental authority. Seller has provided no assurances as to when or if a governmental authority will accept any such dedication.
