Outstanding Financing Obligations. City agrees to continue to make timely payment of its financing obligations incurred for or with respect to any facilities or projects in the RBOC Area until such bonds are retired or until such alternative arrangements are made in accord with Section 5.7 of the Agreement. All such payments shall in the first instance be made from the Rose Bowl and Golf Course Enterprise Funds subject only to the payment of amounts for maintenance and operations which are approved expenditures pursuant to a budget submitted to and approved by the City pursuant to Section 11, and RBOC hereby agrees to provide such funds to the City to the extent that it is controlling the same.

  • NOTE For Community-­‐Based TLDs Only] Obligations of Registry Operator to TLD Community. Registry Operator shall establish registration policies in conformity with the application submitted with respect to the TLD for: (i) naming conventions within the TLD, (ii) requirements for registration by members of the TLD community, and (iii) use of registered domain names in conformity with the stated purpose of the community-­‐based TLD. Registry Operator shall operate the TLD in a manner that allows the TLD community to discuss and participate in the development and modification of policies and practices for the TLD. Registry Operator shall establish procedures for the enforcement of registration policies for the TLD, and resolution of disputes concerning compliance with TLD registration policies, and shall enforce such registration policies. Registry Operator agrees to implement and be bound by the Registry Restrictions Dispute Resolution Procedure as set forth at [insert applicable URL] with respect to disputes arising pursuant to this Section 2.19.   • Default H-GAC may, by written notice of default to the Contractor, terminate the whole or any part of the Agreement, in any one of the following circumstances:

  • UNION SECURITY 7.01 The Employer shall deduct monthly from the pay due to each employee who is covered by this Agreement a sum equal to the monthly Union dues of each such employee. Where an employee has no earnings during the first payroll period, the deduction shall be made in the next payroll period where the employee has earnings, within that month. The Union shall notify the employer in writing of the amount of such dues from time to time. The Employer will send to the Union its cheque for the dues so deducted in the month following the month in which the dues are deducted. When arrears or adjustments are submitted retroactively, the dues month and an explanation will accompany any such dues.

  • Interest (a) The Loans comprising each ABR Borrowing shall bear interest at the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Rate.

Upon payment of the past-­‐due fees by ICANN, ICANN shall have a claim for such amount against Registry Operator, which Registry Operator shall be required to submit to ICANN together with the next fee payment due under the Registry Agreement.

  • Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations between the parties.

  • Security Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, except for Section 27, to the extent requested by Indemnitee and approved by the Board, the Company may at any time and from time to time provide security to Indemnitee for the Company’s obligations hereunder through an irrevocable bank line of credit, funded trust or other collateral. Any such security, once provided to Indemnitee, may not be revoked or released without the prior written consent of Indemnitee.
