Common use of Outstanding Inventory Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Inventory. Only upon termination of this Agreement caused by the reason not attributable to UT, UT shall have the right and option to sell any completed inventory of Product, as if licensed under this Agreement, which remains on hand as of thc date of the termination, so long as UT pays to Toray as required under this Agreement.
