Outstanding Obligations to Employees. There shall be no outstanding claims, loans or obligations of the Company owed to any of their employees or officers, provided that ORRV shall give notice to the Shareholders and the Company of its approval or withholding of approval of any claims, loans or obligations then known to ORRV on or before the Closing Date.
