Before December. 1 in each of its Fiscal Years, the Borrower shall, on the basis of forecasts prepared by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, review whether it would meet the requirements set forth in sub-paragraphs (a)(i) and (ii) of this Section in respect of such year and the next following Fiscal Year and shall furnish to the Bank the results of such review upon its completion.

Before December. 31, 1999, the Executive has agreed to work toward meeting the following objectives ("MBOs"): (i) raise working capital necessary to begin implementation of the business plan; (ii) build an enterprise center in Houston; (ii) secure agreements to host packaged software applications under a subscription agreement or like agreement with one or more vendors for sales force automation, financial management, customer relationship management, human resource management and electronic business; (iii) hire the necessary personnel to execute the business plan; and (iv) secure initial customers per the business plan. After December 31, 1999, the Company's board of directors shall determine what material progress the Executive has made toward meeting the above captioned MBOs and shall pay the Executive a bonus of up to $28,000 based upon the percentage of MBOs met. Said bonus shall be paid on or before the end of January 2000.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and within the period stipulated in the first paragraph of this Article, the General Secretariat may propose to the Commission that some of the products on that list be allocated to Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela. The country benefiting from the allocation shall remove the duties on the respective goods as provided for in Article 82. If the General Secretariat is able to confirm that, four years after the date of the allocation, the favored country has not initiated the corresponding production or that the project is not underway, then as of that moment the effects of that allocation shall cease and the country benefited shall immediately proceed to eliminate the tariff on the product in question.

Before December. 1st of each year or after at least ten (10) weeks of assistance, in consultation with the evaluating administrator the Consulting Teacher shall complete a written report assessing the teacher’s participation in the PAR Program. The report shall consist of: ● A description of the assistance provided to the ET. ● A description of the result and impact of the assistance in the targeted areas. ● Recommendations for future assistance. ● This report shall be called the Interim PAR Report and shall be submitted to the PAR Council for review, with a copy also submitted to the ET and the Principal.

Reimbursement of Eligible Costs is subject to Developer paying the Developer’s taxes levied against the Property and the personal property used in the business or operations conducted from the Property.
