Common use of Outstanding Option Amount Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Option Amount. The "Outstanding Option ------------------------- ------------------ Amount" shall mean the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock ------ issuable upon the exercise of all outstanding options to acquire shares of Company Common Stock immediately prior to the Effective Time, whether or not presently exercisable.

Outstanding Option Amount.
