Outstanding RSUs Sample Clauses

The 'Outstanding RSUs' clause defines the treatment and status of any Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) that have been granted to an individual but have not yet vested or been settled. In practice, this clause typically outlines what happens to these unvested RSUs in scenarios such as termination of employment, change of control, or other triggering events. For example, it may specify whether unvested RSUs are forfeited, accelerated, or continue to vest under certain conditions. The core function of this clause is to provide clarity and predictability regarding the fate of outstanding equity awards, thereby managing expectations and reducing disputes between the company and the RSU holder.
