Common use of Outstanding Senior Notes Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Senior Notes. The Senior Notes outstanding at any time are all the Senior Notes the Trustee has authenticated except for those it has cancelled, those delivered to it for cancellation, those representing reductions in the interest in a Global Senior Note effected by the Trustee in accordance with the provisions hereof, and those described in this Section as not outstanding. If a Senior Note is replaced pursuant to Section 2.07 hereof, it ceases to be outstanding unless the Trustee receives proof satisfactory to it that a bona fide purchaser holds the replaced Senior Note. If the entire principal of, and premium, if any, and accrued interest on, any Senior Note is considered paid under Section 4.01 hereof, it ceases to be outstanding and interest on it ceases to accrue. Subject to Section 2.09 hereof, a Senior Note does not cease to be outstanding because the Company or an Affiliate holds the Senior Note.
