Outstanding Site Work. 4.4.1 Securities for the completion of outstanding on-site paving and landscaping work (at the time of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit) may be permitted. Such securities shall consist of a security deposit in the amount of 110 percent of the estimated cost to complete the work.
