Outturn Request Form Sample Clauses

The Outturn Request Form clause establishes the requirement for a formal document to be submitted in order to request the outturn, or final results, of a shipment or delivery. Typically, this form must be completed by the receiving party and submitted to the relevant authority or supplier, detailing specifics such as quantities received, quality assessments, and any discrepancies noted. By mandating the use of a standardized form, this clause ensures clear communication and accurate record-keeping, helping to resolve disputes and verify contractual performance.
