Common use of Over Clause Clause in Contracts

Over Clause. Should the Seller contract to sell or exchange, or contract to lease the Property within 30 40 days after the expiration of this Agreement to any Buyer/Tenant (or anyone acting on Buyer’s/Tenant’s behalf) who has 41 been introduced to the Property, directly or indirectly, during the term hereof, as extended, the Seller agrees to pay the 42 compensation as set forth below.
