Over-or Underpayment. If the audit reveals an overpayment, Pieris shall reimburse Roche for the amount of the overpayment within [***]. If the audit reveals an underpayment, Roche shall make up such underpayment with the next royalty payment or, if no further royalty payments are owed by Roche, Roche shall reimburse Pieris for the amount of the underpayment within [***]. Roche shall pay for the audit costs if the underpayment of Roche exceeds [***] of the aggregate amount of royalty payments owed with regard to the royalty statements subject to the audit. Section 11.2 shall apply to this Section 13.3.
