OVER STANDARD WORK. All costs incurred in excess of the foregoing allowance for other improvements, services or materials required by Tenant in or for the Premises (hereinafter referred to as "Over Standard Work") shall be for the account of Tenant and at Tenant's sole cost and expense. Tenant shall pay building lifting charges (if any) for Over Standard Work to the extent the same are not otherwise included in the cost of Building Standard Work.
