Overadvance Subfeature Clause Samples

Overadvance Subfeature. As a subfeature under the Line of Credit, Bank hereby agrees to make advances to Borrower from time to time up to and including October 30, 2015, not to exceed at any time the aggregate principal amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) (the “Overadvance Sublimit”). Bank hereby agrees to make advances up to the Overadvance Sublimit (each such advance, an “Overadvance”), notwithstanding that any of the other applicable conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.2 hereof have not been satisfied, to the extent of a monetary amount not to exceed the Overadvance Sublimit.
