OVERBILLING OF MERCHANDISE. Upon presentation of a Desjardins Credit Card by the Cardholder or following an Application for financing and issuance of a Desjardins Credit Card, the Merchant undertakes: 3.4.1 to sell goods or render services to the Cardholder at prices not exceeding the prices marked or advertised by the Merchant for such goods or services; 3.4.2 to sell the goods or render services agreed upon to the Cardholder; 3.4.3 not to claim commissions or other charges for the use of the Accord X Xxxxxxxxxx Financing Service.
