Common use of OVERBURDEN REMOVAL Clause in Contracts

OVERBURDEN REMOVAL. Firestone will provide for the removal and replacement of System Components as necessary for the inspection and/or repair of leaks in a roofing system covered by a Firestone Red Shield Limited Warranty. NOTE: SkyScape Overburden Removal is only available for Firestone SkyScape vegetative media installed over a Firestone roofing system covered by a Red Shield™ Warranty. Overburden Removal shall not extend beyond the Warranty Period of the Red Shield Warranty under any circumstances.
