OVERCHARGES BY ANTITRUST VIOLATIONS. The COURT maintains that in actual practice, overcharges resulting from antitrust violations are borne by the purchaser. Therefore, to the extent permitted by law, CONTRACTOR hereby assigns to the COURT any and all claims for such overcharges as to the goods or services used to fulfill the Agreement.
