Common use of Overholding Clause in Contracts

Overholding. If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to 150% of the Monthly Rent and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all the terms and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancy.

Overholding. If the Tenant shall continue to occupy all or part of the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease the Term with or without the consent of the Landlord Landlord, and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to one hundred and fifty percent (150% %) of the Monthly monthly Basic Rent payable during the last year of this Lease and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all otherwise on the terms and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancy.

Overholding. If That if the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after the expiration or termination of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreementagreement and without objection by the Landlord, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent monthly Basic Rent equal to 150% of the Monthly Basic Rent payable by the Tenant during the last month prior to the expiration or termination of this Lease and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all the terms and conditions herein set out (except as to length of tenancy) on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, including the payment of additional rent.

Overholding. 28.1 If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord Landlord, and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to 150% of the Monthly Rent and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all on the terms and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancytenancy and further except that the rent shall be an amount per month equal to one hundred fifty per cent (150%) of the monthly instalments payable on account of rent pursuant to Clause 3.

If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease with the Term, or without the consent of the Landlord and any extension thereof, without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant only at a rent equivalent monthly Rent equal to One Hundred Fifty percent (150% %) of the Monthly Rent payable in the last month of the Term and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to on all of the same terms and conditions as are herein set out except contained excepting as to length of tenancythe termination date.

If the Tenant shall continue to occupy all or part of the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease the Term with or without the consent of the Landlord Landlord, and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to 150% one hundred and twenty-five percent (125%) of the Monthly monthly Basic Rent payable during the last year of this Lease and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all otherwise on the terms and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancy.. UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS

If the Tenant shall continue to occupy all or part of the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease the Term with or without the consent of the Landlord Landlord, and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to 150% one hundred and twenty five percent (125%) of the Monthly monthly Basic Rent payable during the last year of this Lease and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all otherwise on the terms and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancy.

If the Tenant shall continue to occupy all or part of the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease the Term with or without the consent of the Landlord Landlord, and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to 150% one hundred and twenty-five percent (125%) of the Monthly monthly Basic Rent payable during the last year of this Lease and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all otherwise on the terms and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancy.

If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease Lease, with or without the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent monthly rental equal to 150% of one and one half times the Monthly monthly Minimum Rent and Additional Rent hereby reserved which it was responsible for paying during the last year of the Term and subject to all otherwise on the terms and conditions herein set out forth, except as to the length of tenancy.

If That if the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreementagreement and without objection by the Landlord, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a monthly base rent equivalent equal to 150125% of the Monthly Annual Base Rent and Additional Rent hereby reserved and payable by the Tenant as set forth in Article 4 during the last month of the Term. The monthly tenancy shall be (except as to the length of tenancy) subject to all the terms provisions and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancyout.

Overholding. If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after at the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreement, agreement the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to one hundred and fifty percent (150% %) of the Monthly monthly Fixed Rent herein reserved for the last year of the Term and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all otherwise on the terms and conditions herein set out forth, except as to the length of tenancy.

If That if the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord and without any further written agreementagreement and without objection by the Landlord, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a monthly rent equivalent equal to 150% of the Monthly Rent monthly rent payable by the Tenant as set forth in Article 4 hereof during the last month of the Term and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all the terms and conditions herein set out (except as to length of tenancy) on and subject to the provisions and conditions herein set out.

Overholding. 25.01 If the Tenant shall continue to occupy the Leased Demised Premises after the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord Landlord, and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to 150% of the Minumum Monthly Rent and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to on all the other terms and conditions herein set out forth except as to length of tenancy, and any option to renew, which may be contained herein.

If the Tenant shall continue to occupy all or part of the Leased Premises after the expiration of this Lease with or without the consent of the Landlord Landlord, and without any further written agreement, the Tenant shall be a monthly tenant at a rent equivalent to 150% one hundred percent (100%) of the Monthly monthly Basic Rent payable during the last year of this Lease and Additional Rent hereby reserved and subject to all otherwise on the terms and conditions herein set out except as to length of tenancy..
