Overlapping, Duplicative Services. The Program Manager shall promptly advise the District if there appears to be an overlap or duplication of services being provided by or among Project Team members, including the overlap or duplication of services being provided by the Program Manager, along with the Program Manager’s recommendations for eliminating such duplicative or overlapping of services.
