Common use of Overloading, Suspension Clause in Contracts

Overloading, Suspension. (a) The Tenant shall not overload any floor of the Premises in excess of 4.8 k Pa (100 pounds per square foot). (b) The Tenant shall not hang or suspend from any wall or ceiling or roof, or any other part of the Building, any equipment, fixtures, signs or displays without the prior written approval of the Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
