Common use of Overnight Rest Prior to Travel Clause in Contracts

Overnight Rest Prior to Travel. ‌ (i) The Artist may travel no sooner than ten (10) hours following the end of the last preceding performance or rehearsal of the previous day. (ii) On a non-performance day on which there is travel, the span from the beginning of travel to the end of the last rehearsal, including a Dress Rehearsal, shall not exceed eleven (11) hours. The span may be exceeded only by the length of class.
