The "Overnight Visitors" clause sets rules regarding guests staying overnight at a property. Overnight Visitors. These are usually permitted but only by prior formal arrangement with the Landlord, whose decision is final. Maximum stay is 3 nights in any 4 week period. The Tenant is responsible at all times for the conduct of all visitors brought onto the QMU campus or into the Halls of Residence.
