OVERPAYMENTS TO THE CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall pay to the Department the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment to the Contractor by the earlier of thirty (30) days after the Department’s notification or the Contractor’s discovery of the erroneous payment or overpayment.
