Overriding Effect. This Agreement and any other documents attached hereto or referred to herein, integrate all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental hereto and supersedes all oral negotiations and prior writings in respect of the subject matter hereof, except for those provisions of the Agreement, Letter of Sanction, security documents issued or executed prior to this Agreement which are in addition to and complement to, and are not the same or in conflict with, the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement and any other agreements or documents attached hereto or referred to herein, then in such event, the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Overriding Effect. This Deed and any other documents attached hereto or referred to herein, integrate all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental hereto and supersedes all oral negotiations end prior writings in respect of the subject matter hereof, except for those provisions of the Loan Agreement, Letter of Sanction security documents issued or executed prior to this Deed which are in addition to and complement to, and are not the same or in conflict with, the terms of this Deed. In the event of any conflict between the terms, conditions and provisions of this Dead and any other agreements or documents attached hereto or referred to herein, than in such event, the terms, conditions end provisions of this Deed shall prevail. x
Overriding Effect. 28.1 This Lease Deed constitutes and represents the entire Lease Deed between the Parties hereto on the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior arrangements, agreements and understandings, whether oral or written on the subject hereof.

Overriding Effect. If there shall be any inconsistency between the provisions of this schedule and the remaining provisions of this agreement, then the provisions of this schedule shall prevail. No one provision of this schedule shall reduce or prejudice the limitation or reduction of the liability of the Defaulting Party under any other provision of this schedule.
