Common use of Overriding Effect Clause in Contracts

Overriding Effect. This Agreement and the other documents attached hereto or referred to herein integrate all the terms and conditions mentioned herein and/ or incidental hereto and supersede all oral negotiations and prior writings in respect of the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement and any other Transaction Documents, then in such event, the terms, conditions and provision of this Agreement shall prevail.

This Agreement and the any other documents attached hereto or referred to herein herein, integrate all the terms and conditions mentioned herein and/ or incidental hereto hereto, and supersede all oral negotiations and prior writings in respect of the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between the terms, conditions and except for those provisions of the sanction letter issued prior to this Agreement which are in addition to and any other Transaction Documentscomplement, then and are not the same or in such eventconflict with, the terms, conditions and provision terms of this Agreement shall prevailAgreement.
