Overriding Responsibilities. 18.9.1 Nothing in this clause removes ongoing employer and employee responsibilities in respect of OH&S. Immediate direct contact among employees and the employer may be necessary to address safety matters in accordance with the OH&S Act. All employees agree to follow all policies, procedures and work instructions for the safety of themselves and others in the workplace.
