Overseas Markets. Overseas markets may involve different risks to the Investment Manager’s home markets. In some cases the risks will be greater. In drafting the Investment Guidelines to permit MSIM to invest in overseas markets the Investment Manager should make itself fully aware of the risks and protections (if any) which will operate in any relevant overseas markets. The potential for profit or loss from transactions on overseas markets or in contracts denominated other than in the Fund’s base currency will be affected by fluctuations in overseas exchange rates against the Fund’s base currency.
