OVERSEAS RIDER. ‌ If the Engager desires to present the company outside Canada and the continental United States, special permission must be obtained from, and arrangements must be made with Equity, in advance in writing. Such permission and arrangements shall constitute an Overseas Rider to each standard contract, and will set forth all terms and condition for such tour.

OVERSEAS RIDER. ‌ If the Engager desires to present the company outside Canada and the continental United States, arrangements must be negotiated with Equity, in advance in writing. Such arrangements shall constitute an Overseas Rider to each Opera Agreement Engagement Contract, and will set forth the amendments to the terms and conditions of this Agreement for such tour. Amendments may include, but are not limited to, considerations for night travel, maximum travel hours, travel breaks, etc. For travel outside of the continental United States and Canada, the per diem shall be the applicable C-75% (including incidentals) rate for the city/region set by the National Joint Council or at the minimum set in Clause 13:10(A)(i), whichever is greater. Equity will consider proposals for a reduction below these rates, provided that the Engager is able to demonstrate a commensurate reduction to the Artist's expenses. In addition to this per diem, the Engager shall provide each Artist with accommodation of a North American first class standard, satisfactory to the Artist, at no cost to the Artist. The Engager will endeavour to provide single occupancy accommodation for all Artists subject to availability, but as a minimum requirement, the Engager shall provide Artists engaged in a Supporting, Featured, or Lead role as well as stage management with single occupancy accommodation.
OVERSEAS RIDER. If the Theatre wishes to present the Company outside of Canada and the Continental United States, arrangements must be negotiated between Equity and the Theatre in advance, in writing. Such arrangements shall constitute an Overseas Rider to each standard contract, and will set the amendments to the terms and conditions of this Agreement which shall apply to such tours. Negotiations for overseas arrangements must take place within ten business days of Equity’s receipt of the Theatre’s proposal. Where the Theatre and Equity cannot agree to the per diem to be paid the Artist for an Overseas Tour the Theatre may have recourse to the provisions of Clause In that event a determination must be arrived at no less than seven days prior to the commencement of the tour, failing which Equity’s determination shall prevail.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
