Overtime and Extended Rental Period Charges. Where Heavy Equipment is operated in excess of the above stated hourly maximums, as determined by the equipment hour/usage meter, such excess shall be charged at the following rates. If the Heavy Equipment does not have an hour/usage meter, then the hours used shall be determined by the Authorized User.
