Overtime and Extended Rental Period Charges. Where Heavy Equipment is operated in excess of the above stated hourly maximums, as determined by the equipment hour/usage meter, such excess shall be charged at the following rates. If the Heavy Equipment does not have an hour/usage meter, then the hours used shall be determined by the Authorized User. 1. 1 16th of the Daily Rental price for each hour used in excess of eight (8) hours in any one (1) day; 2. 1 80th of the Weekly Rental price for each hour used in excess of forty (40) in any one weekly period; and 3. 1 352nd of the Monthly Rental price for each hour used in excess of 176 in any 28 consecutive day period. After the Rental Period has expired, the Rental price for a fraction of any Authorized User requested extended Rental Period shall be at the fractions listed above.
