Common use of Owner Certificate Clause in Contracts

Owner Certificate. This Owner Certificate is furnished pursuant to Section 7.3(c) of that certain Lease Option Agreement by and between the California Science Center, also known as the Sixth District Agricultural Association and the University of Southern California, dated as of , 2012, (as originally executed and as amended from time to time thereafter in accordance with its terms, the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Certificate shall have the same meanings as in the Agreement.
