Owner Conditions. (a) The execution and delivery of the documents referred to in Section 2 of Schedule 3 – Completion Documents, by Owner on the Financial Close Target Date is conditional upon the following:
(i) (A) Owner is satisfied, acting reasonably, with the forms of any Implementing Agreements, other than those attached as Schedules to this Project Agreement; and
