Common use of Owner Dispute with Third Party Clause in Contracts

Owner Dispute with Third Party. In the event that Owner is required to arbitrate a dispute with a third party, which dispute arises out of or is directly related to the Work to be performed by Contractor under this Contract, and/or the overall Project of which the Work is a part, and/or this Contract, and/or any other contract or agreement related, directly or indirectly, to any of the foregoing, Contractor agrees to join in such arbitration proceeding as Owner may direct and shall submit to such jurisdiction and be finally bound by the judgment rendered in accordance with the arbitration rules as may be established therein.
