Owner Introducing Purchaser. The Owner agrees to pay the Agents selling fee on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and the Owner and Agents agree that should the owner introduce the ultimate purchaser of the property to the property themselves the Owner Will / Will not be liable to pay the selling fee to the agent.
