Owner Not Compelled to Store Grain. Nothing in this Agreement requires the owner or authorized agent of grain to store such grain with the Warehouse Operator after the appeal inspection. However, if the grain is stored, it shall be accepted for and delivered out of storage in accordance with the final grade determined through such appeal, and is subject to the Warehouse Operator’s lawful tariff for storage, handling, and other charges.
