Common use of Owner of a Receivable Clause in Contracts

Owner of a Receivable. For purposes of this Agreement, the “Owner” of a Receivable shall mean XXXX until the sale, transfer, assignment or other conveyance of such Receivable by XXXX pursuant to the terms of the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements, and thereafter shall mean the Issuing Entity; provided, however, that the Seller, the Servicer or XXXX, as applicable, shall be the “Owner” of any Receivable from and after the time that such Person shall acquire such Receivable, whether pursuant to Section 3.07 or 5.04 of this Agreement, any provision of the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements or otherwise.

Owner of a Receivable. For purposes of this Agreement, the “"Owner” " of a Receivable shall mean XXXX until the sale, transfer, assignment or other conveyance of such Receivable by XXXX pursuant to the terms of the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements, and thereafter shall mean the Issuing EntityIssuer; provided, however, that the Seller, the Servicer GMAC or XXXX, as applicable, shall be the “"Owner” " of any Receivable from and after the time that such Person shall acquire such Receivable, whether pursuant to Section 3.07 3.08 or 5.04 of this Agreement, any provision of the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements or otherwise.

Owner of a Receivable.
