Owner of Transfer Restricted Securities. The Company will maintain, or will cause its registrar and transfer agent to maintain, a register with respect to the Transfer Restricted Securities in which all transfers of Transfer Restricted Securities of which the Company has received notice will be recorded. The Company may deem and treat the Person in whose name Transfer Restricted Securities are registered in such register of the Company as the owner thereof for all purposes, including, without limitation, the giving of notices under this Agreement.
