Owner Participant's Commitment. Owner Participant shall have made available its Commitment with respect to the Units delivered on the applicable Delivery Date in accordance with Sections 2.2(a) and 2.3.

Owner Participant's Commitment. Subject to the conditions and terms hereof, each Owner Participant shall make available to the Lessee (through the Lessor) at the request of the Lessee from time to time during the Initial Lease Term on any Closing Date an amount (each, an "Equity Investment") in immediately available funds equal to such Owner Participant's Applicable Equity Percentage of the amount of the Advance being funded on such Closing Date. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, no Owner Participant shall be obligated to make available any Equity Investment if, after giving effect to the proposed Equity Investment, the aggregate outstanding Equity Investment of such Owner Participant shall exceed such Owner Participant's Commitment.

Owner Participant's Commitment. Each Owner Participant will participate in the payment of Lessor's Cost of the Equipment delivered on the Closing Date by making on the Closing Date an equity contribution to Owner Trustee in an amount equal to the product of such Owner Participant's Commitment Percentage and Lessor's Cost of such Equipment, such investment to be evidenced by an Owner Certificate; provided, that the aggregate equity investment (excluding fees and expenses) of the Owner Participants for all Equipment shall not exceed $212,300,000. Each such participation of an Owner Participant (or, as the context may require, such Owner Participant's obligation so to participate, as the case may be) is hereinafter called such party's "Commitment."

Owner Participant's Commitment. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, (i) on each Requested Funding Date, the Owner Participant agrees, at any time from time to time during the Commitment Period (including the Advance to be made on the Lease Commencement Date pursuant to Section 4.3(a)(ii)), to make Equity Contributions to the Owner Lessor, in Dollars, in an amount equal to the Equity Funding Amount requested by the Company to be funded by the Owner Participant on such Requested Funding Date and (ii) on the Lease Commencement Date, the Owner Participant agrees to make the Equity Contribution, to the extent required by Section 4.4; provided, that in no event shall the aggregate amount funded by the Owner Participant pursuant to this Section 2.3(b) and pursuant to Section 2.2, Section 4.3(a)(ii) and, if required, Section 4.4 exceed the Owner Participant Commitment set forth opposite the Owner Participant’s name on Schedule I. The Owner Participant Commitment set forth in this Section 2.3(b) shall expire on the Commitment Termination Date (after the Advance to be made on the Lease Commencement Date pursuant to Section 4.3(a)(ii) and, if required, Section 4.4), without further action on the part of the Owner Participant.
