Common use of Owner Participant's Instructions to Owner Trustee Clause in Contracts

Owner Participant's Instructions to Owner Trustee. The Owner Participant agrees that the release of its Commitment in accordance with the terms hereof shall constitute, without further act, authorization and direction by the Owner Participant to the Owner Trustee to take the actions specified in Sections 1.01(a) and (c) of the Trust Agreement and confirmation that all conditions to closing set forth in Section 4.01 hereof were either met to the satisfaction of the Owner Participant or, if not so met, were in any event waived by it.
