Owner Roster. In advance of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Association shall provide a current roster of owners within the Association (the “Owner Roster”), which shall include, at a minimum, the names, premises address and mailing address (if different from the premises address) of each owner, and amount and status of assessment levied against each such owner’s lot or unit, as applicable.
