Owner-Supplied Goods. 4.8.1 Design-Builder acknowledges Owner may supply the Project certain Owner- Supplied Equipment and Materials. Design-Builder shall cooperate with Owner Parties and shall provide information and assistance as Owner Parties may reasonably request to investigate such Owner-Supplied Equipment and Materials. Design-Builder’s assistance may include providing quotes or Alternates such that Owner Parties may understand the cost of potential Owner-Supplied Equipment and Materials versus the cost of those same goods supplied through Design-Builder.
